kerala-pay-fixation-software ഉപയോഗിച്ചു നോക്കി ഒരു സംശയം 1/7/2009-ല്‍ fix ചെയ്താല്‍ 12/2009-ലെ Increment ലഭിക്കുമോ?
ഈ സാഫ്ട്‌വേര് ഉപയോഗിച്ച്‌ 1.7.2009 ശേഷം ഓപ്ഷ്ണ്‍ കൊടുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നില്ല്. എങ്ങനെ കൊടുക്കും ?
ജനു മാസ്റ്റ്ര്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ എക്സ്സെല് പ്രോഗ്രാം നല്ലതാണ്. അതില്‍ വേണ്ട മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ വരുത്തി പുതിയത് ഇറക്കിയാല്‍ നന്നായിരുന്നു. പേ സ്കേല് പുതിയത് ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയാല്‍ മതി. ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ok.
this soft wear(jenu master) is not suitable for payfixation,if any one use this softwear may loss their benifits,so i request to delet it immeadiately

അങ്ങ് ഏത് പ്രോഗ്രാമിനെപ്പറ്റിയാണ് പറയുന്നത്? അങ്ങ് കണ്ട പ്രധാന പ്രശ്നം എന്താണെന്ന് പറയൂ. മാത്രമല്ല, ഏത് പ്രോഗ്രാം വെച്ച് ശമ്പളം ഫിക്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും സ്വന്തം നിലയ്ക്ക് അന്ലേഷിച്ച ശേഷം മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളുവെന്ന് അങ്ങേയ്ക്കൂം അറിയാമല്ലോ. അങ്ങിനെ തന്നെയാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും.
ഹൈസ്കൂളില്‍ 22 വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഗ്രേഡ് 1/7/2009 നു ശേഷം കിട്ടുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാം ഉപകരിക്കുമോ?

ഇതില്‍ ഏത് സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറര്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാലും ഗ്രേഡ് കണ്ടുപിടിക്കേണ്ടത് നാം തന്നെയായിരിക്കും. സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറുകളും എക്സെല്‍ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളും ചെയ്യുന്നത് ജോയിനിങ്ങ് ഡേറ്റും ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതിയും ഓപ്ഷന്‍ തീയതിലെ ബേസിക് പേയും സ്വീകരിച്ച് കൊണ്ട് അടിസ്ഥാനശമ്പളം കണക്കാക്കി തരിക എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ ഗ്രേഡ് നല്‍കേണ്ട കേസുകള്‍ മാനുവലായി ചെയ്യുന്നതാകും നല്ലത്.
NB : ഏത് പ്രോഗ്രാം ഉപയോഗിച്ചായാലും സ്വന്തം നിലക്ക് ബോധ്യം വരാതെ ഓപ്ഷന്‍ നല്‍കരുതെന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം ഓര്‍മ്മിക്കുക.
Sir,The 1st grade of HSA is for 7 years.Is it a mistake in the order? Aided service for govt teachers for weightage is also not well explained.Lets wait and see.

High School Assistants will be allowed higher grade promotion on completion of 7, 15 and 22 years of service as High School Assistant (HG), High School Assistant (Sen. Gr.) and High School Assistant (Sel.Gr.) in the scales of pay of Rs. 16980-31360, 18740-33680, and 19240-34500 respectively. Existing government orders relating to time bound higher grade and all other conditions for the grant of higher grades prescribed in the various Government orders issued by General Education Department from time to time will continue to be in force.
There is a doubt about the higher grade of H S A and aided service weightage it can be only clear after the verification of Accountant general
Hari sir.In the pay fixation calculator(excel),There are three options (1)Option on 1/7/2009
(2)Option on next increment date
(3)Option on next promotion date
But in my opinion there are four option dates,the other one is the date of completing years (service) after 1/7/2009,many employee's increment date and date of completing years are different. so comparing these four options and select one with more benifit

My joining date is 1-12-2004. From 1-8-08 to 31-10-2010 i take LWA( for Study purpose,and it is not usefull for increament,nd pension) when i take leave, at that time my basic pay is 4870. Sir, would u suggest a suitable and beneficial pay fixation for me.
