ധനകാര്യവകുപ്പിന്റെ GO(P) No. 144/2016/Fin Dated 30/09/2016 ഉത്തരവിന്‍ പ്രകാരം എല്ലാ ജീവനക്കാരുടേയും നവംബര്‍ മാസത്തേ ശമ്പളത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme ( GPAIS ) പിടിക്കണമെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ. Spark ലൂടെ GPAIS Deduct ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് Service Matters -> Changes in the Month -> Present Salary യില്‍ Employee യെ Select ചെയ്ത് Deduction ഭാഗത്ത് മുന്നേ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള GPAI Scheme(375) Edit ചെയ്യുകയോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പുതിയതായി ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുകയോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതല്‍ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ ഉള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ ഈ മാര്‍ഗം സ്വീകരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഒരുപാട് സമയം എടുക്കും ഈ അവസരത്തില്‍ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും Deductions ഒന്നിച്ച് കൊടുക്കുവാന്‍ Spark ലെ സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

അതിന് Service Matters -‍> Changes in the Month -> Menu വിലെ Deductions -‍‍‍> Add Deduction to All എന്നത് Select ചെയ്ത്

എന്നീ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ കൊടുത്ത് Proceed കൊടുക്കുക..

ഇതേ മാര്‍ഗം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നിലവില്‍ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ലാത്ത അഥവാ Employee യുടെ Present Salary യില്‍ Previous Year "GPAI Scheme(375)" Entry, Deductions Menu വില്‍ കിടക്കുന്നത് ഒന്നിച്ച് Delete ചെയ്യുവാനും സാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അതിന് Service Matters -‍> Changes in the Month -> Menu വിലെ Deductions -‍‍‍> Del.Deduction from All എന്നത് Select ചെയ്ത്

എന്നീ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ കൊടുത്താല്‍ ഇടത് ഭാഗത്ത് Sl No , PEN , Employee Name , Deduct Amount തുടങ്ങിയDetails കാണാവുന്നതാണ്
Seelct ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് Remove ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണെങ്കില്‍ താഴെകാണുന്ന Remove കൊടുക്കുക.. (Recovery Item Select ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക)
